ABOUT ME

Brandon Charls NASM-CPT, -PES, NIKE SPARQ

My name is Brandon Charls and I was born and raised in Southern California.  I am currently a student at the University of Cal State Northridge pursuing a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in physical education.  When I am not at school or studying, I spend most of my time on the football field and the weight room in which I coach, train, advise, and motivate young athletes to be the best they can be on and off the field.  By developing this blog, I hope to educate athletes, parents, and weekend warriors about my thoughts and theories about performance training, football, and sports pyschology.
